1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CTR Nexus website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Our Services
CTR Nexus provides digital marketing services focused on local businesses, including Landing Page creation, traffic management (Google Ads and Meta Ads), SEO, and contact automation. Actual results may vary and we do not guarantee specific success, as this depends on various market conditions.
3. Ad Investments
In our paid traffic management services, we charge our management fees, while the investment in ads will be billed by the ad platforms themselves (Google, Facebook/Instagram), directly via the client's preferred payment method.
4. Intellectual Property
All code, design, Landing Page copy, and campaigns developed by our agency will remain the intellectual property of CTR Nexus even after contract termination. The client will only have access to all assets upon full payment of the agreed fees.
5. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time while respecting the minimum stay time established in the contract. Any new features that improve current Services will also be subject to these Terms.
